Application scope:

①Powder sphericity is a method to characterize the shape of the powder, and it is related to the sintering behaviour. The higher the sphericity of the powder, the higher the apparent density of powders, the better the flow capability, the better the spreading result and the density of the product. DPR-M01 has the better sphericity.
① The Metal-Porcelain bond strength of DPR-M01 cobalt chromium alloy and a variety of porcelain is greater than the 25 MPa required by YY0621-2008 Dental Metal-Porcelain Restoration Systems.
Recycling use of DPR-M01 Cobalt Chromium Alloy Powder:
The powder particle size does not shift significantly with the reusing of powders. After 30 cycles, the chemical composition is basically the same as the chemical composition of the main elements of the virgin powder, with a slight increase in oxygen and nitrogen content, however, they are still within the limit and far below the technical requirements (oxygen content < 0.1 wt%, nitrogen content < 0.2 wt%); mechanical properties are still relatively stable, meanwhile, the yield strength, elongation at break and modulus of elasticity all meet the technical requirements without significant changes.
